If you are considering this course then you want to take the step towards becoming a dive professional. You will learn how to teach both new divers with entry level courses and certified divers with the specialty programmes.

The first step will be your individual work with digital theory through the SSI website or App. We will schedule course days and times with your instructor for classroom and in-water theory sessions.

Once you have successfully completed the course, you will be able to complete the Instructor Evaluation (IE) to qualify as an SSI Open Water Instructor. This training programme, lasting at least 10 days, allows you to teach several key SSI programmes independently, such as Scuba Diver, Open Water Diver, Enriched Air Nitrox, Diver Stress & Rescue and Dive Guide.

Upon completion of the course and completion of the PRO requirements, you will be professionally certified as an Open Water Instructor, Nitrox Instructor, Stress & Rescue Instructor and Dive Guide Instructor.
