Basic Diver
Description
Discover the exciting world of diving without previous experience. Ideal for those who don't want to miss out on what it's like to dive and enjoy the marine reefs of the Atlantic Ocean of Lanzarote.
With this first dive experience you will enjoy two dives, the first one up to 5 meters deep and the second one up to 12 meters deep, both from the beach to guarantee your safety and comfort during the whole experience.

On the day chosen for your activity we will meet you at the dive centre and we will take care of the transfers to where you are going to dive. Before going into the water you will receive a full briefing to explain the basics of scuba diving, the equipment you will be carrying and the precautions and best practices to take into account during the dive. Once at the dive site, your instructor will set up your dive equipment, you will go over the explanations and signals to communicate underwater and once everything is OK, into the water!
Once the first dive is over, your instructor will change tanks for the second dive and, taking advantage of the 40 minute break, you will receive a second briefing with recommendations to improve your underwater comfort and instructions on where the dive will take place.
At the end of the second dive, we’ll change on the beach and return to the dive centre to process your SSI Basic Diver digital certification of your diving experience.

Course Content
Introductory theory session (30-40 minutes in the classroom).
First shore dive to a maximum depth of 5 metres.
Briefing before the second dive.
Second shore dive to a maximum depth of 12 metres.
Photos/vídeos as a souvenir of the experience (always giving priority to the safety of the activity).
Digital certificate of the experience.
Requirements
You must be at least 8 years old.
Pregnant women are not allowed to do the experience.
A medical form must be completed prior to the activity.
At least 18 hours must have elapsed between the end of the activity and flying.
